Special legacies were left to seven New Orleans institutions by Mrs. Nanie Haas Pokorny, who died at San Mateo, Cal, May 3, according to the last will and testament filed for probate in Judge Hugh C. Cage’s division of the civil district court Tuesday.

After making special bequests to sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and other relatives the testatrix bequeathed the residue of her estate to the sisters of her deceased husband. An inventory will be taken to determine the exact value of the succession property.
