Cyril Kamien is a tonic to those who are beginning to lose hope that present conditions will ever end. Kamien is predicting and challenging his listeners to put it down in the book, that October of this year will see the definite turn of the graph marking the upward swing. He has come to that conclusion after a study of previous booms and the resultant reactions. He has graphed out the course of the movement, and finds that his own merchandising and real estate experiences check with the upward and down moves of the chart. Whether the shift will be visible to the naked eye at the precise day or month remains to be seen, but he is confident that the economic movement, graphed in later years, will show the change occurring in October. Everyone hopes he’s right.
